One screen for 128 trucks: live positions, shipments at risk, fuel and on-time performance — plus a simple route app for drivers.
Masar's dispatchers were running the fleet from three spreadsheets and a group chat. We started by sitting with them for a week, then designed a dashboard around the four questions they ask every morning: where is everyone, what is late, what is loading, and what is it costing.
The live map streams truck positions over WebSockets; delays are flagged before customers call. Drivers get a Flutter app with their stops, documents and a one-tap proof of delivery. Since launch, on-time delivery has passed 96 percent.
