At 8 a.m. the queue decides everything. The POS puts the twelve best sellers on one screen, keeps modifiers like milk and sugar two taps away and supports tap-to-pay and loyalty lookup without leaving the order.
Every sale updates stock in real time. The back office flags low items before they run out, suggests reorder quantities and compares branches by revenue, basket size and returning customers. It runs as a progressive web app, so a new branch needs a tablet and a login — nothing more.
